I deadlifted 420lbs for 23 reps are u confused, young boy? A 420lbs deadlift for 23 reps is close to a 650lb deadlift. Of course if i try 600lbs i will not do it because i am not use to it. But if i add 5-10lbs twice each week over the course of 2-3 months i could easily hit it. U mad jelly aren't u.
Must suck to know that i am 6 years younger than you, 60lbs lighter, and i don't even train for powerlifting, and yet my total is 100lbs+ then u
I even did 505lbs for a simple double, could have done more but my prior sets were too much. Most i have ever done was 550lbs
Stop arguing on here, this is the last time i respond to u, u troll
This thread is about erics progress, keep it up kid, u done good kid, u done good

Of course, you don't apply rules to your lifts. When you squat 6 inches high its amazing what you can do. Also doing something for 23 reps has little to no correlation to a 1rm, especially when its half reps. When you stop bragging in every post you make about lifts that would get 3 reds then Ill stop calling you out.

I personally wouldn't go on a complete cut just yet, unless you're worried you going to look fat in the summer, who gives a ****. Now is the time to put on size. Seems like you're starting to get some nice gains (training + diet + puberty = gains). I remember I gained like 30lb (and about 3/4 was muscle) in one year, when I was 15.
your test levels are up there and I wouldn't waste my time in a calorie deficit trying to put on size. I would lower your cals to alittle bit above maintenance, and keep doing cardio and lift heavy...

This^.
I'm at 205lbs at about 14-15% and I know that after a successful cut I would probably be disapointed with my results I have gotten.
If you decide to cut, then good luck. I hope it goes well. Don't be too disapointed if you are alot smaller than you thought Eric. Still a very successful bulk..... even though you negged me back in the day.... :/

His squat was nearly there to tell you the truth. Plus his deadlifts were actually proper form. The only problem I had with his 23 rep dead was that he took pretty long breaks between the reps at times which prob would have been less had he not taken that break. Just sayin.
