I know with a good and healthy lifestyle change, you need some adequate sleep.
What are your sleeping habits like?
On a given day, ill normally start feeling sleepy around 1am and then sleeping at 2am. Then id wake up at 7am to start my day. Although, id feel very tired by midafternoon.

I have a very hungry 3 month old. I go to sleep at 8:30-9pm, and wake up at 6am. I'm up every 1-2 hours feeding him. But, he's in the bed beside me and I just have to whip out a boob so I find I actually sleep very well. "Very well" by mother standards, I mean.
Maximum nutrition and moderate exercise is key to coping with it though - I wouldn't attempt any hardcore strength program without adequate sleep and IIFYM doesn't work too well for me right now (every nutrient counts) or I'm exhausted. I had a happy meal last night for dinner (in my macros) and I'm paying for it today.

On the average weekday, asleep by midnight or so and up at 8. Weekends I stay up a little later and try to sleep in a bit. Usually I have a good nights sleep but others I toss and turn. It just depends

It all depends - working full time and going to school full time doesn't work well with my sleep schedule. I have no problem falling asleep, it's staying asleep that kills me. On any given night I will wake up between 5-10 times and won't be able to fall back asleep for awhile. When I'm not in school I sleep a little bit better, probably because I'm not as stressed out during those times.

With perimenopause in the mix, sleep is a challenge for me right now. On a good night, I'm in bed reading by 11 and asleep by midnight. My alarm goes off at 5:15. Sometimes I'll be wide awake until 3am though. I've heard that sleep issues are pretty common during this particular phase in life and that they do eventually resolve though (yay!). So I am just waiting things out for now and adjusting where and when I can (e.g. take a nap on the weekend or sleep in an extra hour when I can).

1-9, like clockwork. Anything less than 8 hours & I get progressively useless.

Sleep is rare for me. I find myself taking the little blue pills for sleeping at walgreens. Doesn't really work. I sometimes have to stay up all night and fight sleep throughout the day just so I can get back into a regular sleep pattern. It never stays though :/

The last few years, my body has decided that it must have 8 solid hours a night. I used to be better around 6 hours.

I'm a part time PE teacher and I teach in a school on the other side of London. I absolutely have to be out of my house by 7am in order to get there. Typically on a school day I wake up by 5.30am (my alarm time). Depending on how tiring the day is, I might crawl back into bed at 9pm. Definitely bed by 10 at any rate.
I still wake up very early anyway. This morning (a not school day) I woke up at 4.30am.
I never go to bed later than 11pm but it's usually 9.30 or 10.Current log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=149169243

Most nights I am asleep by 10 and I wake at around 6. If I've done a hard workout I am usually in bed an hour earlier. I've never had trouble falling asleep, I tend to fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. Sleeping is great!

Always wake up throughout the night with numb limbs (from laying on them). Since I'm half asleep when moving the numb body parts, I sometimes feel they will fall off.

During the week I usually go to bed at 11:30 get up at 5am, take a 2hr nap mid day if I have time. On weekends I somehow stay up til 3am and get up around 11, very frustrating. Melatonin every Sunday night to reset my schedule.
