*Note been bodybuilder for 2 years total, but only started squatting 1 year ago. Squat went from 170lbs to 425lbs in 1 year

When i first started squatted heavy twice a week. For the most part like 8 months i squatted every 3 days. Thats with around 300lbs+ every 3 days heavy.
Currently i am squatting every 4 days heavy as hell
Ya man u can see the weight at the very end bro.
The squat was to depth pretty darn if not parallel. Either way i don't plan to compete anytime soon, as long as i am close

Didn't know you were back already, unaware. Solid squat for sure, your core looked tight. Only thing I could see honestly is the depth, but that was already explained.

not even going to get into depth issues... just going to say, you are wearing stripped adidas pants, and they are by no means pointing parallel to the floor, doesn't take an engineer to get that.
Regardless, I think the set up is pretty bad, way to rushed, by just seeing you walk it out It could be seen that you would struggle with the set.

Strong just to get that sht on your back. You did not hit parallel regardless of whether or not you think it is "opinion" - it is fact. Dude if you lowered the weight like 15 or 20 lbs youd probably be golden.

Looks good, you would probably help yourself getting some decent shoes to squat in, could have hit little more depth perhaps..
I actually failed 440lbs aswell last night, tweaked my lower back warming up, went for it anyways, shouldn't have, went up easily last week as an overwarmup, first fail in like 6 months on the squat, I'm lying here eating ice cream depressedThe journey to 4, 6, 7

I wear these, slightly raised heel, pretty hard sole, cheap and effective, makes hitting depth easier, I was actually wearing my converse when I tweaked my lower back lol, ran to my car and got these, everything felt alot better
Shoes are better for sure, give you a more stable surface, would probably make your walkouts a little easier and stable
It also looks like you have duck feet, which rotates your knees inward, shoes could help fix that aswellThe journey to 4, 6, 7

You're an absolute monster haha. Parallel or not, just being able to hold that much weight on your back is impressive in itself. Gjdm. Now I'm not even attempting to critique you because you are so much more experienced than me and absolutely blow me away as far as your PR's go, but don't forget how important form is. Just my two cents. Wish I had your size/strength. Mirin'

i have squatted on those type of shoes are even though they are not really supposed to have any give on the sole, after so much squatting it just buckled in, overall clumbsy footwear, and not something you would see a powerlifter wear when doing heavy squats.
I just bought some wrestling shoes (asics split 8), coming in the mail in a few days, have decent rep for squatting.
