Also have you seen he movie he Rocket Boys(book is October sky). A average kid leaves his coal mining time by making a rocket because he was inspired by Sputnik.(boy still lives today but works for NASA). Srsly he was no where near top of his class even. Also all his friends who helped him got into very succesful jobs. I highly recommend watching it for hose who haven't seen it.
