Hey guys I have been on a cut for the last 4 months because about 5 months ago I really wanted to get fit and ripped. I have lost 25 pounds, and love how my progress is going.
I now want to put on some mass, but really don't want to gain any fat that I have worked so hard to loose, but I know that you must have some fat gains if you want to bulk and put on muscle. The main reason I want to keep the fat off is because spring break, and summer are just around the corner.
I have been thinking about a clean bulk and wanted to know what you all think I should do! Help please!
