Cliffs:
-Was drinking with gf, bro, and friend last night watching the die hard movies
-I make comment about gf's spoiled friend, she gets pissed
-I go talk to her, conversation quickly jumps from spoiled friend to needing to tell me something
-4-5 months ago she went out of town with her boss, and two co workers
-Their drinking, everyones asleep but them, gfs passing out, apparently boss moves closer on hotel bed and starts rubbing thigh. Another coworker was there but passed out. Gf says she was pretending to sleep until he left...
-Says since he stares at her creepingly, asks if she has single friends etc
-Red flag, a few months ago he said he'd pay HER $20 an hour to teach HER guitar and hang out
Something just doesn't add up. She stays working with him after this? She claims she needed the money, I say wtf find another job, might as well be a stripper with that attitude. Anyways I called my dad for his opinion. He says it can be one of two things. It's the truth and my gfs just an idiot for staying. My dad knows her boss personally they used to work together, according to my dad hes a horn dog etc. Or two, which my dad is leaning towards, something happened and my gf is feeling the guilt and finally had to say something. He said it could or could not be on going and my gf is playing me. My mind is so full of fuk, I don't know what to think. I know what women are like and have personal experience with it, girls making bad decisions and then blaming it on the guy so I'm trying not to be ignorant.
So misc brahs, I need your opinions on which way you'd lean towards. Feel free to be hostel, I know I'm on the inside of the circumstance so my perspective is cloudy as fuk.

I would advise to sit down, and tell her straight up, that is this the full story. Tell her that before you can even think about anything else, you need to know if this is the full story.. be like "I understand how that could make you upset because that's a huge invasion of privacy or crossing very strict lines, but I need to know if the story stops there..."
See what she says/reacts to that. Now, depending on what she says there, act accordingly and BE COOL dude. DO NOT overreact, no matter what. If she says she banged him, dont fuking slap her and be on 9 news. if she says that's all, dont breathe a HUGE sign of relief. Just be straight.
If it's scenario A // the one your father IS NOT leaning toward, then im not so sure that she can find a job that easily ..jobs are hard to come by, but i dont know the exact situation about your job/ her job / income... so...yea. Good luck bro, stay safe.

Uh.... Why didn't she tell you right away? If she did nothing wrong and isn't feeling guilty about anything, why not tell you right then and there? Why wait 5 months? Something is definitely fishy... Confront her, and say you want the whole truth and nothing else.

Not sure what kind of job it is, but many companies have HR offices where they can file complaints about this, if it is true that your girlfriend truly doesnt like the attention. Boss can lose his job and face a ton of lawsuits, if your girlfriend reports it. Sexual harassment in the workplace is not tolerated especially in my department. Goodluck man

Dont explode on GF yet. Scare the f*** out of boss by talking to him but be as straight up and cold to the point as possible. Bassically try to trip him up. If he does or even if he doesn't go back to GF and ask her wtf is going on and that boss said that they did something. Her reaction combined with the knowledge you have from his should be enough to aware you either way.

One would think that his behavior that evening in addition to his current behavior would be enough to make her start looking for a more suitable place to work. The economy isn't so bad that there aren't other jobs out there
