So i'm 17 years old, 6'1 175 lbs. Was 183.5, cut to 175. I am happy with everything about my body right now except for my thighs - they are massive. If I start a clean bulk (~200 surplus...i'm a noob so hopefully get those n00b gains...) will my thighs slim down? Or should I just ignore it...lol.
I realize this question is completely relative to my own needs, I am just looking for opinions.

Thanks...Another question. I am beginning to come off of my deficit tomorrow, adding 300 calories. My question, I am only eating ~90 grams of protein right now, would it be a bad idea to add ~80 grams of protein to that number overnight? Should I slowly add it or is it no big deal?
Just starting to work out tomorrow that's why my protein intake is low. Lol
