4 weeks and 5 days out! 15-16 weeks out. calorie drop from 1450 to 1300 starting tomorrow. Cardio 2 30 minute sessions 6 days a week. weights 6 days a week. Just started the two a days like 3 days ago. added morning fasted cardio with yohimbine and stim 10. trying my best to lean out the butt! Legs are starting to show threw though finally! Any critique welcome! Also working on my posing and my left arm still!

You know, the judges do look for things that make you stand out on stage...maybe you could work your bandana into your hairstyle...something subtle but still reflects your personality?!
Just keep sticking to your diet and killing your workouts. I've seen your progress pictures and they certainly show your hard work. Stay the course and those legs will lean out.Coming out of "retirement"...Meg is training for a Figure competition...again!!!

Your progress has been great!! still need to lean out the legs, but that will come. in four more weeks u are going to look phenomenal!! Also, your posing has improved tremendously!!
