4 weeks and 5 days out! 15-16 weeks out. calorie drop from 1450 to 1300 starting tomorrow. Cardio 2 30 minute sessions 6 days a week. weights 6 days a week. Just started the two a days like 3 days ago. added morning fasted cardio with yohimbine and stim 10. trying my best to lean out the butt! Legs are starting to show threw though finally! Any critique welcome! Also working on my posing and my left arm still!
