I m 23 yr old doing serious workout last 3 yrs.I hv 15"bicep.My whole body muscle is loose.I cn feel hard muscle in my chest bt at a point around my nipple there r fat.Many a time i got ripped but still ther r fat
around nipples.It is in wired shape.
I lift heavy and gain muscle.But as muscle increase my booby chest appear more.
Very dipressed.Many a time i feel like if i m a shemale
