    Help a brah out who can't wake up...

    Hello.

    Basically I have an achilles heel. Brother can't wake up.

    Each night I get like 6 hours sleep minimum, on average it's 7.5, so I'm not getting sleep deprivation.

    I set my alarm radio which is right FUARKING next to me on full volume, can hear it downstairs srs. I just look at it, press OK and go back to bed. I've ****ing tried everything and It's starting to wreck me and get me paranoid srs, I'm getting stressed over it.

    Help a brother out.

    Yeah,

    but my parents get fuarking pished off now and don't wake me up.

    I'm awake like 15-16 hours a day.

    Bro put your alarm on the other side of the room so you literally have to get up and walk over to turn it off. Also try beezing in the morning

    Are you a deep sleeper, or just going back to sleep?

    If it's the latter, put your alarm on the other side of the room so you need to get up to turn it off. And set it some random pop music crap (cyrus, gaga, perry) so that you have the determination to remove the infernal racket.

    If it's the former though, not much you can do.... Once when i was in a hotel room with my brother, he had to wake me up when the fire alarm went off. Would've stayed asleep if he hadn't been there

    I'd actually suggest the opposite. My alarm used to be a song i liked, but now i shudder and cringe everytime i hear it. I literally start feeling my eyelids drooping and lethargy increasing. It's like being one of pavlove's dogs

    Oh it will without a doubt make you hate the song, but I cycle them out every couple of weeks. But you're right with making associations and uhhh, what's the word. Conditioning? Can't remember psych.
