So instead of doing three warm up sets before each exercise would it be alright if I just did some clean and jerks because of their full body recruitment? I'm just trying to cut time down as my current routine takes around an hour and a half.

I could definitely see it cutting out two warmup sets per excercise. For instance, you'd do your regular stretches and warmup, then do the C&J, and then only need one warmup set per movement. For any of the major lifts, I couldn't imagine cutting out the warmup set altogether, but I could definitely see the C&J making it unnecessary for isolation lifts (if you even do them, I don't) or any non-major lifts.
This is all assuming you can jump right into the C&J without a good warmup first, which I can't. I'd need additional warmups to do the C&J, so it would defeat the purpose for me unless I'm doing a lot of movements and will require more than a set or two of warmup sets.ALL I ASK IS ALL YOU GOT FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES

I warm up SPECIFICALLY to do clean and jerks (and I devote a day to working on them), so as a movement itself, I don't find it a valid method to use as a warm up. I find rowing (if you have an erg) to be a great warm up. C&J is more of a lower-body oriented movement. Yes, you have to have a strong upper body for higher lifts, but not too long ago I could do 225 w/split jerk and my upper body still has work to do. A good jerk has no press out at all.
