i use 2 different ones depends what kind of training im doing.... On cardio days i use ON Amino Energy gives lots of energy n no stimulants, then Heavy duty training i use Cellucor C4 it gives you strength indeed the best pre workout IMO

VERY highly individual

Lots of people love ErgoPump

But then again, lots of people love Craze, Fierce, etc etc

Best bet is to try what you can and find what works for you.

Its really hard to say which pre workout is the best because its different to each person, i would say Nano Vapor is one of my favorites as well as Craze

As many have said each will have a different opinion,it really depends what you are looking for out of a pre,and if you want stims or no stims.

I like universal shock therapy, gives me a nice steady flow of energy without the crash due to harsh stims...Clyde's hard lemonade is a great flavor.

i highly recommend AAEFX's KOTIC. i've been using it for a couple years now and i absolutely love it man. i've actually had a lot of my buddies who have used other pwo's and tried the kotic and have switched over and they love it. most of them either sold their old pwo's or just threw it out. the best thing about it, i just need one scoop and it gives me all the energy, focus and pump i need for my entire workout. so if you're in the market for a new pwo, get some KOTIC.

I think nootropics and stim free are the way to go. Some stim free focus xt with CM and agmatine or hemavol would be great.

I really like the big tub of NOS Blast from Vitamin World. It has been great. I used to switch from GNC's and NOexplode but I found that the NOS Blast works amazing. ITs only 120mg caf and yet gives me great energy. I have ran it 3 months and will try something new coming up but I'll be honest being off the higher stim preworks has really gotten me better results. Maybe its just me but their prework out has really been working great for me.

I would add NeuroSurge to the stimmed category. It recently saw a price drop in the store that makes it an even better value especially when you consider that some enjoy the product at a half scoop.

I would also add BodyForge 2.0 to the non-stim list. It isn't available as of yet but should be a big hit once it hits shelves if the preliminary feedback is any indication.

Outside of Craze, I haven't used a better product than Origin.

Amazing focus, energy and improved pump. You can sleep at night knowing exactly what you are getting in each scoop as well. No prop blends

^^ Glad you are enjoying the C4 man, look out for Green Apple and Strawberry Margarita the 2 new flavors. Give em a whirl and let us know how you enjoy the flavoring if it suits you or not. There is a reason why C4 is so popular its very simple and effective!

Ive been on many different kinds of pre-workouts, currently on HellFire. I have also used jac3d which was effective! But my favourite is nitrix oxide from pro labs!!

Maximize Intense and Focus XT are my favs. If I need more focus and less energy, FocusXT which still has stims in it, but if I need a big kick in the ass, maximize intense, very very strong with a nice pump complex.
