When you shoot zombies, they don't fall right away cuz they're undead and the undead don't adhere to the same principles of bio-mechanics as living people.

With that bike, you'd shoot a few zombies and then proceed to drive into them, lose control and wind up on your ass. Within seconds you'd be swarmed and ravaged. What you'd need and I'm not saying it will be easy to mount, is a "V" shaped plow attachment on the front. I expect it will take a while to figure out the balance with a 200lbs plow on the front, but you are cowboybiker so it shouldn't take you too long to get the hang of.

I'd roll with something like ^^^^ this, with either a couple of .50 cals mounted on top, or even a Mini Gun if getting a lot of 7.62 ammo wasn't a problem.

7.62 isn't nearly as hard to get as 5.56 is right now. But I don't think anyone here could afford the ammo to fire a mini gun for more than a minute or so. Firing one of those is on my bucket list.
