Incline Bench Press
(2 warm-up sets @ 50% of working weight) 3 sets of 5 245lbs +10lbs
DB Bench Press
4 sets of 8 reps 105lbs +5lbs
Standing Military Press
3 sets of 8 reps 115lbs
Tricep Pushdowns (Rope)
3 sets of 10 reps 175lbs +15lbs
Dumbbell Shrugs
3 sets of 15 reps 110lbs
Ab Tri-set (Cable crunches, wood chops & Leg Raises)
3 sets of 15-30 reps vary on exercise
Ok a few things to note. I am going to switch things up a bit from here on out. Im just more responsive to working one/two bodyparts per day, so going to a different routine. Also, I am going to be starting a short (10 day log) for Magnum next week which will consume even more of my time (I know, Im asked all of the time where do I find the time dont ask..i dont ****ing know lol). I will post the log here once I get it up IT WILL BE INTERESTING! I apologize for not posting as much as Id like to here and in everybody elses logs, but I have to prioritize things and work (Post Office, Bar & Ergo), My kiddos and the gym rank before other things. Yes, I know its been awhile since my last update. My journal is below other priorities unfortunately. None the less, had a great workout and seem to have broken through some plateaus this past week or so. This past week has been one of my best weeks in the gym as of recently. Very much looking forward to the next few weeks of my bulk. I started my bulk at 218lbs and am now currently 226lbs Id say its going well

thx brotha RB...I started this journal in hopes of being able to keep up on it like you and the others (Matz & Evo), but I just cant find the time to be as consistent as you guys. Between both jobs and the rep position, along with kids, the gym and life.....ugh, I really gotta hand it to you guys...i dont know how you guys do it.
