    aware me on saturated fats

Done my research here and on the web, cant really find a definitive answer on this. The argument is that saturated fats are bad for you because they raise cholesterol levels. But is that it? If I keep my cholesterol levels in check then technically i can eat as much saturated fat as i need, no? bulking btw and currently getting over 40 grams a day.
