HAHA!! Love the animations!! That was awesome! I always take my PWR and MORPH on an empty stomach. I cant eat before I workout, even if I wait a few hours before. I always feel like I am going to get sick. So the empty stomach played a part I am sure because I always get the tingles. Nice work on the bench man! Looking forward to hitting the "Sean 6" on my next shoulder day!
Keep it up!

HAHA thats what it makes me think of when it happens. I checked out the MORPH.. do you use one or the other or do you use both at the same time?
Thanks alot man, Its going up slowly, but im happy with it. The "Sean 6" was no joke, looked funny straining with 5lb dumbells but it was a grind. (atleast for me it was)First meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

I will take MORPH about 15 minutes before I am ready to hit the gym and sip on my PWR during my drive. IT takes me about 15-20 minutes to get there so by the time I start/finish warming up I am feeling good ready to get after my workout.

I told you those 6 ways are killer! Sure, you may get some funny looks...but when they try it, they quickly realize it'll sepearate the men/women from the boys/girls.
It's great to see that the PWR left you with some energy! I hope you tossed in some RESTORAID after to help you recover after that workout!

For those wondering, IHMJ accepted a leg day challenge.
Here is what I have picked out for him:
Lying leg curls:2-3 w/u sets. Pick a weight that is a challenging 10 and do 3 sets of 12. On the 4th set, do 10, then do 20 partials out of the stretched position.
BB stiff legged deads: 4 sets of 8. come up 3.4 of the way.
Leg press: 6 ests of 10 w/ 60 sec rests (3 sets wide, 3 sets narrow)
Squats: 3 sets of 20
Step ups on a low box: Put a BB on your back and step up onto a box. The box should not be real high..I wouldnt want you to lose control and just drop down when you back down. Do 10 reps on one leg, and then do 10 on the other. Do 4 sets on each leg.
Adductors: 3x20

IHMJ....
I applaud you and shake my head at you in disbelief... I have tried one of Sean's wheels workouts before and I just hope you have one of those high toilets because you won't want to sit down or stand back up from one otherwise! lol
I agree RESTORAID is another one of the top notch products that you should look into throwing into your program when you are done. Here is a link to someone that did a review on in... a PL guy who seemed to enjoy it. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...ight=RestoraidBB.com Article

HAHA the official call out.. cant back out now. I may try to fit it in this week, i was going to wait but now i want to just do it and see how bad it is. Ill get some more foam rolling in tonight and if i have tomorrow night free (ill know a little later) then ill do it then.
The RSTORAID looks pretty good, im going to give it a go. Im sitting here right now with sore adductors and i thinking it would be tough/weird to get a foam roller in there, so some recovery help will be nice
I have a little work to do right now, but will update last nights w/o as soon as im done!!First meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

Finally got a minute to update..today is busier than i thought. So last night i drank my PWR with 6oz of water on the way to the gym. Thought id have more time than i did but no.
Warmed up again with the same w/u i worked with Friday
1 set of 50 reps each light adductor , abductor, seated leg curls, and leg extensions
This is good for getting my legs to feel pretty full before i squat. When i finished these, energy was way up there tonight..
Squat (working sets @ 315)
135 x 5 (not much warm up or stretch needed)
250 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 3 (4 sets)
315 x 5 (leaving 2 or 3 in the tank)
Didnt have much tim after this so i figured id do a few DL pulls
315 x 1
405 x 1
450.. when i pulled i felt a soreness in my lower back so i backed off. Nothing that stuck around though thankfully. Not an intense workout last night. Tonight is shoulders so i will hit it alot harder.. try to improve on the 6 ways after my main movement of OHP
So far the taste of the PWR is great and give a noticeable energy boost that doesnt just crash after. When i move at a more accelerated rate, i notice a nice pump. With i think 4 left, I will be going hard down this home stretchFirst meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

Im glad you liked what you saw with the RESTORAID! It is a pretty awesome recovery drink and makes and awesome post workout slushy!!
I know you are about done with the packets so I just wanted to remind you also about making a YouTube video and doing the BB.com store review at some point. It's great having these logs but those two little things mean a lot! Thank again man!BB.com Article

Yea back is the only one that worries me. I pulled mine years ago moving an entertainment center and i couldnt get out of bed for a week. Thats when i was younger, id probably need a wheelchair now. Glad to hear yours didnt stick around either. Back pain is no beuno.
^He took a scoop before his workout
So as i suspected, im a banahead and left my camera at work. (id use my phone to video but it doesnt stand up on its own, the only downfall for the S3)
Starting next workout and for the last 3 they will be video logs so you will be stuck looking at my aging mug for the duration. haha.
Tonight was another good night for the PWR. I feel like the more you use it the better results you get. Sipped it on my way to the gym and when i got there i had a ton of energy again, PWR mixed with the fact that i love hitting shoulders, had me pumped. Now so far as far as being satisfied with the product, i couldnt be happier. This is the first from iSatori that i tried and decided to get the RESORAID for a post workout, im sure i wont be diasappointed. Hoping the BB.com store stocks the blue rasperry flavor of PWR soon, would love to try that. Tonights main movement was Overhead Press. Had to do it seated because all the racks were full (first time i ever saw that)
Seated Overhead Press (working sets @ 145)
warm up and stretch (always super important, can ever stress it enough)
125 x 1
140 x 1
145 x 3 (4 sets)
145 x 10 (left a few in the tank)
Seated Tri Pushdowns
210 x 15
220 x 15
240 x 12 (2 sets)
The 2nd set of 240 x 12 my tris felt like they were going to burst through my skin, had a monster pump)
Barbell Front Raise superset with Reverse Pec Deck
60 x 8...............................80 x 15
60 x 8...............................90 x 15
70 x 8...............................100 x 15
Dumbell Tri Overhead Press
70 x 15
80 x 10
80 x 7
Arms were puffed up hard. Did a set of 6 pullups.. if i got 10 i was going to do another set, but i didnt make it hahaFirst meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

Sick workout my man! Sean might be the one to ask about when/if the Blue Rasp. will be in the store. Personally that is my favorite between the two. Looking forward to the videos and your thoughts on RESTORAID! The citrus flavor is a nice change up from throwing down protein post!

.. look at that happy fella
Sean i hate you bro. Took on your challenge tonight. Took me 1hr 20min to do it. Luckily i checked my ego at the door and went modest on the weights, This was insane. The weight i moved wasnt much but I can tell the DOMS that are heading my way arent going to be pretty. Drank my packet of PWR on the way to the gym and was ready to go.. Ton of energy, i was pumped to get this going (started at 8:30)
Lying Leg Curls
after 2 warm up sets until i had a good burn i got started.. not sure what is a challenging 10 for me so i started a little too low
120 x 12
140 x 12
140 x 12
140 x 10 (barely got the last one up)
partials .. dropped to 110
110 x7.. had to drop to 90 to get the last 13.. feet were already heavy now
Stiff Leg Deadlift (coming up 3/4 of the way)
95 x 8
145 x 8
185 x 8
145 x 8 Dying now (Its now 8:52)
Leg Press ( 3 sets wide, 3 sets narrow)
Wasnt sure how to set this up so i did the wide stance then slid my feet in to do narrow, rest, repeat... theburn on the 3rd set was insane.. though i was going to puke)
270 x 10 wide..270 x 10 narrow (3 sets)
Squats (again was pretty modest and almost felt like i was sandbagging a set starting off with 135)
135 x 20
135 x 20
135 x 20.. this set felt like it took 10 minutes.. i had to go at a slower pace)
Step Ups on a box w/ barbell on my back (box was about knee high)
10 steps left leg then 10 steps right leg (did 4 sets back to back) . awful.. i was pumped i only had adductors left
Adductors (home stretch baby!!)( 3 sets of 20)
90 x 20
110 x 20 (2 sets)
Last few reps were a grind but i knew it was the end.. one of the all time toughest leg workouts ive ever done.. im more of a low rep guy, this was a whole new ugly world for me hahaFirst meet: (3/31/12) ...... Last Meet(6/13)

I know I love that movie too! Glad you checked the ego at the door before knocking out one of Sean's leg workouts. He is a bad man and I am/am not looking forward to hitting legs with him once I am able. He has already promised me a good puke session! haha
Thanks for getting the store review and the video review done! I/We appreciate it! Looking forward to seeing how your body responds and hope that you are able to get your deads in on Friday!BB.com Article

Yeah... I am a little dinged up right now. Got in a little car accident and once I was cleared to start training again they said I would start to feel the effects of the accident more. I told Sean once I get back to 100% we need to get a workout in and he immediately said legs... He is a bad man!
