This might be a stupid question. I just started drinking a gallon of water a day. I typically can drink the whole gallon in the hour or two I am in the gym. All this water I am consuming is making me have to pee A LOT! Before I work out I take a pre workout and after I workout I drink a protein drink. So my question is: From peeing so much is the water flushing out all the pre workout and the protein?
