Not really in a strict sense. I only count calories and make sure i'm eating enough protein. For carbs and fats, i really don't care. Yet, when i feel drained and flat, i will carb up and eat a sh!t ton of carbs that day.

I don't track macros. When eating at work and at school, how can I know the number of calories, carbs, fat and protein of all that **** ?

3 kilos mostly glycogen, water weight etc. 76.5 to 73.5 kilos. Took just a week lol.
Usually i have 3300-3500 cals daily. Cut down to 2700 for the week. Now i've switched back to bulking since it's pretty pointless shredding down when you can do it that fast. Rather add muscle all over and cut down only when it's actually needed.
Strengthwise it's almost the same. Bench dropped from 205x8 to 205x6. Mostly endurance and stamina's dropped. Of course it's too short a timeframe for any serious difference lol

I ask because I was going to try and attempt a mini month cut just to see how much weight I could drop. Wasn't really worried about strength gains as I believe I could regain them pretty quickly. Started on Thursday, dropped my calories like 800 below maintenance (3200-3300).
Did you do anything special or just drop calories?

I am new to weight training, I weigh 203 pounds, I wanna maintain my weight and gain muscle, macros stand at:Protien = 39.04
Carbs = 53.49
Fats = 7.18
Is this ok
