    I need your help badly!!! Please read

    Well, My parents are working and will come 5pm. And right now, They gave me 15$ so that i can buy some food for my self. ''Yes alot of people would go buy junk food'', but i ate Pizza yesterday.

    I don't know what food i should buy, that is healthy and already cooked, cause my parents won't let me use oven. Right now is 12am...

    Though i know how to cook scrambled eggs, but i don't think it will help replace lunch. That's why i got 15$, what can i buy 15$ healthy food that is cooked ready?

    how about a tuna sandwich, or chicken sandwich i know its not really appealing but its healthy ? plus you would have some spare money to spend on yourself bro , even subway ? but pick a lean protein as a meat and stick to whole wheat bread with plenty of salad

    The irony, of course, is that pizza can be much more nutrient dense than tuna on whole wheat bread and the tuna, of course, carries health risks if more than 6 to 12 ounces per week are consumed.
