Looking at fitness models and bodybuilders that are shredded or watching a greg plitt video always gets me geed up. My abs session is generally high intensity and short 15 minutes absolute tops! So i chuck some music on while i do them and just get the exercises as done quickly as possible.

Squats are my favorite exercise, even though I get pumped up everytime chest day comes haha. Seriously though, I workout alone and I don't mind it one bit.
I remind myself that skipping leg day is equivalent to building a house without a foundation. Leg day doesn't have to be a 2 hour long chore where you get in and die on the way out.
Try super sets. Try circuit style weighted ab workouts. Corey Gregory has a post on BB.com about a killer ab routine that is quick and will make you feel it.
Get up. Get some legs going. (PS - You don't need to squat if you don't want to, but it IS the best leg workout IMO. Weighted lunges, farmers walks, weighted step ups, etc are resistance type leg movements you can try if squats intimidate you.)"Your mind quits first, not your body. You have to learn to make your mind work FOR you not AGAINST you."

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you OP in that I dislike leg day. Even though I absolutely hate doing squats, I know that (in my humble opinion) they are the king of exercises. I NEVER miss leg day, I think of it as the most important day.
As for Abs, I'm not sure if you're devoting an entire day to them, but if you are, know that you don't have to.
I lift 4 times a week, and usually do abs on 2-3 of those days. I do low rep, weighted exercises because I don't like spending half an hour on things like planks and situps. Supplement other days with abs. However, definitely do abs after your other exercises because the last thing you want is a worn out core while doing something like squats.
