Thumbs up Need Help On Creatine!!!!!HELP!!!!

I've been taking creatine for 3 loading days now. I wonder how long should I continue use creatine after the loading phase? Some people say you should continue use creatine for like 5 months and stop use it for about 2 weeks and continue use it again to make your body adapt the outside creatine....I don't know what to do now...any ideas? What is the best method to use creatine? Many thanks...really need some experienced guys' help!!!

Btw, I always train hard...I know you have to train hard to make creatine take effect....

Creatine use is made more complicated than it needs to be. It's really very simple and basic.
*3-5 grams per day/everyday (no need to cycle it either)
    *NO loading is neccesary
*can take anytime during the day
*doesnt have to be anything fancy....good ol' creatine mono is just fine. if your budget allows, you can try something like creacore or con-cret

    Stop loading...it's unnecessary.

    3-5g a day, every day.
Your body does not "adapt" to creatine...it's most beneficial when you keep your body saturated with creatine.
Creatine is one of the most heavily studied supplements and there seem to be no adverse side effects with (proper) prolonged use.

    This.

I've been on creatine (mono, hcl, and blends) since June of last year with no ill effects. I had a blood and urine test recently with my physical and everything came back normally. I personally like Beast Creature because it tastes like lemon lime Gatorade.

Thanks for the help bro. Btw, is it Ok if I use creatine when not going to GYM? 3-5g a day is for workout day or no-workout day? So as you say, it is not necessary to go with a circle like the 5 months one I mentioned, right? That would be much easier since I don't like keep watching the calender all the time...

Thanks for the help bro. Wonder 3-5g a day is for workout day or no-workout day?Looks like a dumb question but I'm really new to this creatine thing and worry about its side effect if use it improperly...
