Yeah you need to add a little more muscle on. Cause we are the same height and you are 3 lbs lighter than me and we look vastly different from one another and I am still 15% BF. Great progress though man. If I were you I would commit to the cut and lose as much weight as possible then size up a little. If you find your BMR then eat 1000 less cals a day for 90 days you can safely lose 24lbs which could then be a good start for adding some muscle. I know it sucks I am in the middle of a cut, but it'll all be worth it. Just keep going buddy with the amount of progress you have made thus far I have no doubt you will make it to where you wanna be.

Yeah, I agree with this. Keep going with your cut, you're making awesome progress. Once you get down into the ~15% range or you start to plateau a bit, reverse into a bulk for a while and cut the rest off later. You'll be giving your body a break from the diet and gaining some quality muscle at the same time.

15% by end of May? Go for it, it's fairly reasonable. Wouldn't expect much more than that atm, re-analyze ur goals halfway thru the cut and see what's reasonable then.

really I just want to be far from my bf now and by summer I'm wanting at least a flat stomach
So I'm not embarrassed to take off my shirt lol
but after summer I'm gonna bulk and gain some good mass

Keep doing what you're doing and you'll look like a totally different person by summer. People who don't know you won't be saying...Wow! that guy works out, but you'll look thin...people who do know you won't hardly recognize you, you'll start to notice some definition in certain areas, and you'll feel better about yourself.
