I used to "body build" with a wbbf bodybuilding. Stopped after a little over a year for certain reasons. Anyways fast forward to today, I have scheuremann's, and am In pain, always. Can anyone suggest a "routine" I can do (Stretching) and actual weights? I know I need to strengthen my abdominals and glutes, and stretch my hamstrings. Any advice anyone can give me?
