Bf %
this pic was taken monday 2/11/13
I originally went from 220lbs and this is my currently standing
will be re-feeding this coming week and also uploading a progress thread
my last body fat % measurement was in december because the trainers in my new gym are "better and everyone has a degree" yet they are "not qualified" to measure bodyfat %..... 24hr gym logic not even once when they try selling you "higher grade trainers" who are "unqualified" for fat % measurements
any input would be great
so what % does this seem closest to?

10-12%. Weak points: Chest n Shoulders. Other than that it looks superb!
