I watched Terrence Ross as much as anyone in college. And will say that his ability to stretch the floor will allow him to succeed as a scorer in the league more than his athleticism. I expect him to be a 20 ppg scorer in the league one day.

the dunk contest is for "rising" stars now and i think that is cool. If i am being completely objective, kobe's dunks weren't that good either. But since he was so young it was cool. I am happy for the ross guy, being a dunk contest champ is a good path to go along. Too bad Lebron won't ever know that feel. Watching the vet's reactions is what makes it worthwhile for me anyway.
Apart from those two guys messing up their dunks in the second round, and the west's poor first round the contest was ok. Ross' dunks were great

Didn't watch but if it can top Iguadola getting robbed I'd be surprised.

If this was last night's contest it would be the last one ever. srs
The best dunk of that contest was Kobe between the legs. It reminds you how much they're pushing the envelope now. It's obvious when the attempts are more difficult, there will be more missed dunks.

brb million dollars for best dunker. I guarantee we wouldn't see "rising stars" in the DC with that kind of scratch on the line.
Yeah. Lebron would risk his career for a million. Any legit players makes a **** load in endorsements and salary, and one million wouldnt be enough for them to risk their health.

Guys like Paul George, JR Smith, Nicolas Batum, John Wall, DeRozan aren't really balling out of control. Batum makes the most by far at 9 million. For most of those guys $1M would be like half or a third of their salary, and those are all guys that have/would throw down some disgusting dunks as actually relevant players.
lold at putting your career on the line. Actually playing in the ASG is a much greater risk for the athletes than doing dunks with no competition. lol they do that sht after practice for fun, I don't think they see it like that.
You can spot an uneducated sports fan when their immediate argument for player vs. player is championships.
When asked point blank if he was Shaq’s sidekick during the duo’s time together, Kobe responded, “Yea, for sure.”
