So... Recently signed up at the Arc at SDSU. My first working out there with my friend had a staff employee come up to me and inform me of the personal Training policies. Mind you I wasn't offended at all by that but I simply responded with I am not a personal trainer nor am I training anyone but working out with my friend who convinced me to sign up here. The employee rejected my answer and said well from the way I overheard it, it sounded like training to me, you were telling/showing her how to do an exercise. I used to work at a gym at my last job, I cant believe the disrespect this dude had. All he had to do was tell me that there a no training policy (even tho i wasnt training, and could leave at that and accepted my answer), instead it was a 2min conversation of me having to go back and forth explaining this to him. Wtf SDSU, you so kool, why you do this too mee.

Im down. Cold > hot because you can adjust what you want to wear and still be warm. When it's 95 degrees you can only wear shorts and a tank or else inb4 heat stroke.

i mean i understand but having lived here in sf for a little over a year and only having had maybe 2 or 3 days of legit warm weather, you would beg for the temps you are having. its more having been spoiled by SD weather most my life.

Yeah, they should not judge so harshly. Crazy thing is she really into fitness and strong. Im not sure whether to pull him aside when i go in next time or just report him up #negged.

I agree, I used to work at gym before and we never harassed a Paying member like that, but we have had to inform people of rules very kindly.


Also ill be there Tue (2pm-3:15ish) /Thur(9:30-10am-11:00ish) any day if any miscer wants to get some gains or a high five

lol yea! i guess im not the only one who get annoyed by them. i hated that indian guy more than the lady though, guy was a douche and would always be there. i would literally change my workout times just so i wouldnt have to see him but he was always there ripping off some old person or fat lady
