Figured it was time for me to finally share some of my progress. A quick background of myself, pretty much have always been overweight. All throughout childhood I was the fat kid and never did anything about it. Once I hit 300+ lbs at around 19-20 years old I hit an all-time low. I had tried fad diets before and started plenty of “ work out plans “ just never could make any progress. I started with my diet by simply cutting portion sizes, which resulted in a small weight loss of about 15-20 lbs. Feeling some confidence finally I decided it was time for a real change. After moving across country and moving in with my brother who is lifting for numerous years he got me in a solid training program and helped me keep my nutrition on track. I have been sticking to this routine now for a little over a year. Right now I am 6’4 and 225 lbs, could I please get a BF % estimate? I am thinking around 20% or so. Next goal is to loose about 20 more lbs and then focus on a adding lean mass. Any comments and advice would be greatly appreciated.
