unless your daily defecit is significant, a substantial cheat meal will negate sometimes a few days of dieting.
Yes I'm 60 and no I'm not on HGH or Test

training for sports + manual labor job that requires digging 5+ hours uses lots of energy
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven;
A time to be born, and a time to die;
A time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, and a time to dance.

And 1 multivitamin to keep things healthy..
Whats the best ever cheat meal you'v ever had? And how often do you take it?
I don't "cheat". If I want to eat something I fit it into my macros and cals for the day. But I do eat at maintenance once every 1-2 weeks called refeed.
