Thanks bro! Saw your thread - lookin cut to shreds.
Currently i'm doing carb cycling, so it looks like this:
Day 1 (lower carbs):
Carbs: 150-200g carbs
Protein: 230-250g protein
Fats: 50-70g fats
Day 2 (mod carbs):
Carbs: 200-250g
Protein: 230-250g
Fats: 50-70g
Day 3 (low carbs):
Carbs: 150-200g
Protein: 230-250g
Fats: 50-70g
Day 4 (refeed)
Carbs: 400g carbs
protein: 200-250g pro
fats: 40-55g
repeat.
I know there is quite a range in the carbs/pro/fats per day. I just try to hit in between that range on any given day. Seems to work well for me. Might start incorporating some lower (75-100g carb) days soon once i get deeper into the cut.

lmao yup! The arm with more peak is like .5 inches bigger then the other one. Oh well I'd rather long bi insertions then tiny ones honestly

Haha then you sir must have a good looking kitchen! :P I've had a few guys tell me my arms are too big for men's physique (i disagree entirely), but yea i'm hoping with 10 & 11 weeks to go before my next 2 competitions i'll be able to nail conditioning and it'll negate any flaws i might have physique wise.

No problem man, I think you will do great. And I am excited for the show. It's a small show, so it'll be a good experience. Right now I am dead on schedule if not ahead in terms of fat loss. Definitely pretty ripped for this far out. My goal is to be the most ripped person on stage, because I know I certainly will not be the most muscular

Hell yea man, being the most ripped can certainly make you stand out. I hope to come in ripped myself, which is why i've started my prep and am quite lean this far out. Best of luck man!

Why the hate on Men's Physique? You have no avi, what do you look like there 'pal'? And yes, the MP division appeals to me. I have no aspirations to look like an IFBB Pro bodybuilder. My goal is somewhere on the bigger side of Men's Physique. Just because I have only competed in the men's physique division thus far doesnt mean I don't have wheels that match (or even slightly overpower) the upper body. Go look at Steve Cook as an example... he has beast legs and he's an IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete. He is also the person who I showed progress photos to who gave me lots of feedback and told me my legs overpower my upper body. I'm going to take his advice over some avi-less person on the forums who hasn't even seen my legs.
