Hey guys
157.96lbs in this photo looking to compete in the under 154 category. I am thinking about two shows; One of them is mid May and the other is early July. I tried to keep my off season as lean as I could possible to try and get in the best condition for my next show
Could have probably crunched down a bit more on the side tricep. I will post back on the 17th or March to see what one month of solid dieting produces!
