Does anyone have any experience using these that can compare them to more "popular" PL resistance bands such as the ones from elitefts or rogue fitness? They seem to be marketed as mainly pull up assistance, rehab/recovery bands but some of them are labelled as "powerlifting bands" and Im just wondering if theres a difference between them. I'd think not since there is only one resistance chart for all of them and I think the only reason theyre labelling them as "powerlifting bands" is so morons like me dont think there's something about them that will make them any less effective at providing resistance (or reverse band setups, etc) for PL movements.
Probably a stupid question but I never really used bands before and the last time I was really actively lifting it seemed that the elitefts and roguefitness bands were the ones everyone used, so I just wanna see how these compare before buying them.

normally I would but I found someone on craigslist thats like 10 mins away from me selling them pretty cheap. They're normally more $$ than the elitefts ones but if I got them from this guy, I'd get about the same # of bands even cheaper than an equal # of elitefts ones. And I wouldnt have to wait for shipping; I'd be able to use them tomorrow.
I dont care if theyre not the greatest resistance bands ever created, I just wanna make sure theyre semi decent and can be used to band and reverse band powerlifting movements safely.
In the end I dont think it would make a huge difference since theyre all basically bigass elastic bands but like I said, I have next to zero experience using them so that assumption could be 100% wrong.
