Funny how everyone who is new to lifting/bodybuilding thinks they are genetically gifted or special...then few years later you'll realise you are but a spec on the genetic gift line.

All of this seems perfectly legitimate and down to earth. I mean who doesn't increase their bench 400lbs a year without benching.

I see all these people searching for the secret to gain muscle/get stronger. There are two secrets actually; going to the gym and eating.
Post injury squat 315x6 w/ 116lbs of bands (belt/wraps)
Gym bench 405 (singly ply)

Hey, so last year when I turned 19 I set out to be able to do deadlifts with 3 plates, and bench press 2 plates and do my sets. It's mostly a goal I set myself because everyone in the gym I go to does 1-2 plates max and I wanted to beat them all. I later found that I was gifted with genetics, I add muscle fast, I burn fat fast, and my body heals fast when taking a break. 1 month ago I started a program and today I ended with the following.
*3 45 plates each side bench press * 4 sets x 12.
*4 45 plates each side deadlifts * 4 sets x 8-10
Did anyone here beat their goals they set out to beat?
I like how out of all his claims people seem to be focusing on the wrong one. Unless he is talking about 25 lbs plates, the "10 plates a total of 2-6 times" on deadlift is easily the most ridiculous claim and should be the automatic cue of OP fraudin'.

When I say 10 plates, I mean 5 45 plates on each side, with good proper form which is something a lot of people don't have and which is why most people can't do more than 2 45 plates to 4 45 plates total.

Well I never said it was rare, I just don't see lots of 19 year olds or anyone were I'm from do anything that requires more than 2 plates. And no video because I can't record only take pictures, good enough for me.
Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted in one moment
Would you capture it or just let it slip?
Yo
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to drop bombs,
But he keeps on forgetting what he wrote down,
The whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's choking how, everybody's joking now
The clock's run out, time's up over, bloah!
Snap back to reality, Oh there goes gravity
Oh, there goes Rabbit, he choked
He's so mad, but he won't give up that
Easy, no
The powerlifter visions a certain weight he would like to lift, he uses his body to achieve it and he gets big as a side effect.
The bodybuilder visions a certain physique he would like to aquire, he uses weights to achieve it and he gets stronger as a side effect.

why are you so obbsessed with getting to 300lbs anyway?, you will have trouble sleeping at night, you won't be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, you will put a lot of pressure on your joints, ligaments etc just to tell people you weigh 300lb!
Speak for yourself lol. Quality of life weighing 300 seriously hasn't changed from weighing 200
Edit: so is your bench 500 lbs per side? Nice!

There was a kid like this at the gym I used to go to. He was maybe 150-160lbs soaking wet. He would bench in the squat rack. He would set the safety bars in the hole directly under the bar hooks, load up 400-500 lbs and bench press all of 1-2".
The first time I saw it I said I guarantee this kid is going home and telling all his friends about his 500lb bench

That's a fairly impressive lockout.

I feel fairly confident that OP can't be humbled.
