I have seen several post of people using coffee in their diets,i know that coffee gives you a caffeine boost ,is there any other thing that it does other than that?

There is a really great article in the supplements section on building your own fat burner stack. It give some interesting facts about caffeine and how it works to aid in fat burning. Gave me another reason to keep the morning cup of joe. It is also easier for me to regulate my caffeine intake if I am doing it with coffee, rather than a supplement that makes me jittery.
