Well I didn't include a picture of myself at 158 pounds... 220 down to 158 and now up to 178. just doing more of a lean gains style program. I'm up 20 pounds since april 15ish 2012.
Macros are
2800 calories
200g Protein (30 %)
240g carbs (40 %)
