A lot of guys work overtime and the calculation is based on that
So to pay less and relax teu do less overtime the next year
Then the judge is like lol no you have to keep income at the higher level
So guys are forced to work overtime just to pay the wife

Funny cause I just heard yesterday that Dave Foley got screwed HARD in his divorce because of Canadian divorce law. The judge ordered he pay THREE TIMES his monthly income to his wife and the judge said that the amount is not based on what he can afford to pay!! Also there was supposedly some kind of thing where your wife has access to your bank account for the first year of divorce or during the proceeding or something crazy.
