Okay here goes. The first picture is pretty hard for me to post here. But I feel it is the only way to really see the difference. It is a picture I took when i was about 3 weeks into all of this. The second one I took this morning. Tell me what you think. I have been doing a beginners routine this whole time. (Allpro) And have been tracking my diet for whatever goals I have had at the time. Currently I am not tracking anything but protien and fats and am trying to eat at a slight surplus. I hope this inspires some who have just started or have similar comp. as me.
And here is me today!
I know the poses are different but do I look like a scrawny puke or have I put on some lean mass. Most people only comment on how skinny I look. (Of course I don't take off my shirt like a d-bag to show them.)
And lastly any suggestions on my next workout, coming out of a beginners routine? Ironwill? John? Hoping for some good guidance there.
