I'm Cheryl I'm new to the site and to lifting.
I haven't a clue where to start. I've read a little bit and know I want/need to be lifting heavy etc.
At the moment I don't have acess to much equipment - just a set of adjustable dumbells but my brother has a ton of bars and weights I could have on long term loan.
So really I just need to know where to start.
I don't have masses of time to work out but I could do say 4 days a week.
Could anyone please advise me on where to look for a training programme? I'm overweight but that is in hand - I've lost over 18lbs and still going but I'd like to work on shaping my body as I go.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
