Precisely..... However some non paleo foods are alkalyzing, and some, such as dark.greens and fishoil are many many times more alkalyzing than other paleo foods.
This is the #1 most overlooked aspect of diet in NATTY trainees. Pros can eat grits and oats all day because they are on exogenous test. Us natty guys need,to keep cortisol under control.
