    Thumbs down frustration

Iv been working out for a good year now and Iv seen good changes in my body but Im starting to get frustrated cause im not getting any stronger strength wise. Im stuck bench & lifting the same weight. Gets me unmotivated when I go in the gym and see someone HALF my size benching twice the wieght i lift.

Keep going and try push heavier weights if you are looking to gain strength. I work out for both aesthetics and strength. I do this by doing the 3 main lifts heavy usually 4-5 sets of 4-8reps (dead lift i go as heavy as 200kg for 1 rep max every back session). But make sure on the main lifts that you are pushing yourself and not just going through the motions muscle mass doesn't necessarily equal strength does help though. And before i get negged for bad information again obviously diet is important... keyword obviously as everyone knows this and i dont usually mention it lol

If you are not gaining strength or hit a plateau just jumble your reps/sets. If you are used to doing 3-10/12 go to 5 sets of 5. Spark a change in your body and it will adapt to the new regimen and you'll see some results. Good luck man.
