How to take hydroxystim

Guys, i just bought hydroxystim. But after i read the label it only said to take before workout, how if my workout is a cardio on the morning then lifting in the afternoon?

Take before meal of after meal?

Take it whenever you'd need some energy really. Pre Workout is good to get some great sweats going. If you decide to do two doses in a day, just be sure they're spaced at least 4-5 hours apart. Taking with a meal may reduce the stimulant effect you get from it, but could help if you experience stomach pains without it.

This. I would just take 1-2 before cardio and another serving which is optional before your weights but make sure there at least 4-6 hours apart between doses.
