    Personally I would recommend a lower amount of fat in your diet and up the protein... Have your carbs and protein high, keep fat lower.

    ya ur prob right. to be honest this would be the first time i would began a bulk and some dumb website gave me that extremely high fat percentage

I read an article saying that it could really help bring up lagging body parts if instead of having a cheat meal have a structured refeed meal where you ramp up the calories more than you usually would on a typical day, specifically I believe it was the carbohydrates.     Good advice Btamol. I have the same muscle separation as OP and it looks whack when I am lean. If I focus on my upper chest more with incline will it fix it?

    500 calorie deficit is pretty slight, so no. You won't feel hungry as fck, maybe just a little... But it all comes down to your metabolism.
