Howd the diet and routine look like?
I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit , suffer now and live the rest of your life like a champion - Muhammad Ali
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen. - Michael Jordan
A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at. - Bruce Lee
Failure is not an option. Everyone has to succeed. - Arnold Schwarzenegger

diet and routine were pretty simple. lean meats and vegetables and drank only water. limited the amount of carbs daily.every 3 days i would fill up on carbs because i would lose a lot of energy throughout the day. filled up on complex carbs, mostly brown rice and occasionally a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter. ate 6 times a day, every 2 to 3 hours. workout routine was made up and straightforward, one muscle group a day, saturday was all cardio. no days off. i think it worked perfectly.

i really have no prior weight. when i started weight lifting i never tried to bulk at all.i just ate really healthy and leaned out as much as i can. in about a year and a half i gained 17 pounds from 140 to 157. i did watch calories and did run at a deficit for some time. which was not a real problem because every 3rd day i would refuel with. with alot of healthy foods of course. thanks for the comment

When I am focusing on bringing up my upper chest I usually open up with Incline, or even an incline superset. Pre exhaust with a set of Flies and then bust out some presses in the 8-10 range, do four sets that way and proceed with your chest workout however you like. Drop sets also work wonders. Great job on your cut though, repped.
