I was wondering if anyone could help me find an equipment free full body workout program.
I'm currently in grad school and between school and work do not have time to make it out to a gym.
I've experimented with 7 weeks to fitness with mixed results. I have some gear at home (10lbs dumbellx2, bar bell with 100lbs weight - ranging from 25-5lbs, and an exercise bike) it's mostly old stuff, minus the new bike.
I'm looking for a program that uses mostly body weight exercise to build/maintain muscle, 30-60min 2-3 times a week. Any help would be great.
