What do you prefer? And why?
Personally i find that a get a better workout from utilizing the Arnold press

exactly, but moreover, the problem with Arnold Presses, as with so many other exercises, is people doing them incorrectly, and , if you get too caught up in the whole twisting bit, you end up using momentum, with your wrists taking the brunt.
When Arnold presses are done slowly and deliberately, with a very GRADUAL and CONTROLLED movement, there is no abrupt wrist twisting and you can concentrate on the delts.Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

I don't really like the Arnold Press either. I hate to admit it but with shoulder pressing, I like to move as much weight as possible, whether it be dumbbells, barbell, or hammer strength press.
