    One month into my cut.

    I started my diet on Jan 14th and have lost 26lbs in the 1 month time frame

    the first one is my before and the 2nd is the after

    and please critique me such as what I need to work on so I'm symmetrical when I lose even more weight and get more definition


    and if possible could you guys tell me what my BF% was before and what it is now

    If I were you I would eat at around 2000 calories a day, I eat A LOT of fish and chicken which helps with protein.

    As far as exercise it doesn't matter if you do cardio or lift weights because your burning calories from either one, but lifting weights helps you keep/gain muscle
    while cardio will eat away your muscle if you do it to much

    My routine is 4x a week I lift weights and 1x I do cardio
