    About how many calories are burned per workout?

    Hey guys, trying to figure out about how many calories are burned in about an hour workout. What do you guys think?

    Since I've put my activity level at "lightly active", I don't really count exercise. My guess would be around 150-200ish.

    Really depends if you're in your target heart zone or not.

    ^^ this. Monday I did 30 minutes cardio followed by 1.75 hours on my lifting routine. At the end my heart rate monitor said I'd burned 1300 calories. Just a ballpark figure if course.

    If your objective ITT is to attempt to figure out how much you need to be eating, don't go there.

    Use one of the calorie calculators instead, and figure a baseline calorie/macro amount from which to start.
    No brain, no gain.

    Probably between ~100 and ~1,200, but possibly a bit more or a bit less.

    An average lift, 150-200.

    Cardio is completely dependent on I tensor it. I can burn 100 in 10 minutes or 250 in that same time.
