Hey, I am building 100% natural and at the moment don't have a shoulder day.
Been building for 2 years
Thinking of having a shoulder day as my 5th day
My 4th day at the moment is abs and i only do high reps, so should it even count?
I don't have an arms day because anyway i get stretch marks if i start doing curls and that.
Please help me put the 5 days Back&Bi,Abs,Chest&tris,Legs,Shoulders in the correct order and when to take days off.
