So I have lost a lot of fat and got down to about 13% body fat. I seem to have plateaued on this as my body won't get rid of any more fat unless I start starving myself I guess.
People always tell me that I'm so skinny so why am I so concerned with lose more weight. Because I can't get rid of my moobs. I've been doing push ups, dips and close hand bench press to try to tone up my chest. I have lost a lot of fat but I still have a fat, flabby chest that embarrasses the hell out of me.
Any suggestions?
EDIT:
Okay so I just posted a picture. I know it looks like I don't have moobs but keep in mind that this is post work out so I have the pump. Once the pump fads my chest returns to its flabby state and looks totally different and disgusting. Do I look to be 13%

spot reduction is generally known to be impossible (I don't think it's fully proven however).. Im at 13.5 (probably increased more due to resting from cold) , but I got chubby face and people think I have a lot higher bf..
my suggestion is just keep on working out, and perhaps increase chest workout volume.. you didn't take steroid in the past did you? because thats how people get manboob.Dymatize ISO-100 protein: 25g protein, 1 carb, 0 fat, 0 lactose, 0 sugar

Skinny frame, no muscle mass, relatively high body fat%. A common example is similar to Boomhower or Dale Gribble from king of the hill (scrawny frame and limbs, but a small pot belly). It is what i was before I started lifting. Most males store fat in their stomach first, since I was skinny but had a decently high bf%, I had a little pot belly going on. It was pretty pathetic looking back.

That makes a lot of sense. I do have more or less a build like that although I have added some muscle to my frame. After reading the stickes I have been focusing a lot more on the 6 compound exercises that I read about. This weekend I'm going to buy some creitine and a pre work out supplement like C4.
Thats pretty cool to hear that you were built like that and now look much better. Is their anything else you would recommend for me? Are my moobs more temporary if I can just pack on some muscle? They disappear when I do a chest work out but as soon as the pump is gone my chest returns to its flabby state.

as i said spot reduction is likely impossible. You can't reduce the fat in the specific area you want. But since you are skinny fat and dont like to be seen as small, unfortunately you need to start bulking. Unless you really hate fat regardless of what other people think, then go cutting, and you can possibly remove that mboob during the cutting proccess. After cutting start clean bulking, and you will probably never have that mboob again.

My first "progress pic" is from my senior year in high school. A few years before I started lifting. It it weren't for the baggy jersey, you'd see a pot belly.
Make the big 6 the focus of your workout routine, include accessory exercises to to shore up other exercises and have patience. It won't happen quickly. If you believe the magazines about 30, 60 or 90 day transformations, then you'll burn yourself out.
Yes, the moobs are most likely temporary. If you don't know much about diet, head to the nutrition section and read the stickies there. Excellent information. Fixing your diet will net you the most results.-
