The first week off stims really sucks... but it gets better after the first week for me. If I could change one thing about PWR it would be to up the dose of beta alanine from 2.6 g to at least 3.0 g(or more). I personally like the tingling feeling, so a stronger dose would be nice for me. IMO . Other than that I wouldn't change anything about it!

Day: 8
Shoulders and Back
I woke up this morning (still a little sore from yesterday’s leg day), I ate my breakfast & ran over to the gym about a 1 .5 hrs later. (I was running late bec I had plans later on after my workout) I took my serving of PWR and jumped on the bike for 5 mins to get my blood flowing. After that I jumped over to the weight section.
4 Rounds:
Barbell Shrugs on “Hammer Strength” dead lift machine 50 x 15
Seated Cable Rows: 80 x 15
Reverse Pec Deck Flyes: 75x 20
Wide-Grip Pull-down Behind The Neck: 90x 15
Shoulder Press on “Hammer Strength” machine: 80 x 15
Last round I upped 5 lbs to each exercise.
(No cardio today my legs needed some extra rest)
I felt great pumps from the PWR today and it gave me amazing focus through my workout. I had a great workout with many thanks to iSatori PWR. Never had one bad experience with PWR! Always great ones!
Focus: 9.5/10 Very good focus! Helped me push through last rounds
Effects: 9/10 PWR gave me great pumps and energy this morning
Mixability: 10/10 Perfect!
Taste: 10/10: Great Taste-There is nothing like a Great Workout-

I'm enjoying following your log. You've definitely been working hard. You're a brave man for continuing to try Sean's workouts! Ha! I'm happy to hear that although your tolerance is high, PWR is still giving you the energy you need.
I noticed you'd already posted a review of PWR. You're ahead of the game. Thank you!!Top Secret Nutrition Rep

Day: 9
Cardio (on Tuesday's for me)
I woke up early today and was ready to do cardio fastened again. I was fine with it last time so I am going to continue using this method. About 15 min after I woke up, I took one serving of iSatori PWR. I was a little tired before taking it but it quickly went away. This being the 9th time I have taken it, I have a tolerance built up from this but one serving still does the trick! Other PWO I would be taking twice the serving to get any feeling. Still no crash taking PWR!
I warmed up with a slow 5 min walk then I switched off 1 min running to 1 min walking. I did this for 30 min today. Then I walked back which took about 10 min. I was not as hungry as last time, but I still felt a nice burn. I had great energy and focus with the help of PWR! This cardio method is way better than I initially thought and it should help me reach my goals quicker.
Focus: 9.5/10 Very good focus! Helped me focus while running fastened!
Effects: 9/10 PWR Still gives me great energy!
Mixability: 10/10 Perfect!

Day: 10 (Final Day of Sample)
Abs/ Chest
After I got done with my morning classes I took one last serving of iSatori PWR about three hours after my last meal. I drank it and I still got the “amped up” excitement feeling to go workout. I stretched out and got on the bike for 5 mins. Then I jumped over to the weights.
Each tri-set: 3 rounds
Triset (1) Pec Fly Machine 120 lbs, 15 reps/ chest press 45lb dumbells x 20/ 25 knee & Hip Raises On Parallel Bars
Triset(2) 15/ Jackknife Sit-Ups /100x 15 Leverage Decline Chest Press/ 120x15 Cable Crossover
I had one last fantastic workout with my last sample of PWR. Pushed hard like crazy and had very little rest through my whole workout. My abs were on FIRE!! The last rounds I barley could finish! PWR gave me amazing focus as always during the intense training. I am truly going to miss having this stuff!!
Final Thought:
Before I tried iSatori, I initially thought “O this is going to be another standard pwo that I barley feel and I will need to take double the serving. “I QUCKLY FOUND OUT I WAS DEAD WRONG! I truly LOVE iSatori PWR!!! Compared to all the other pwo’s I have tried/purchased/ used, this is honestly the best I have ever used PERIOD!! From the amazing energy, focus, NO Crash, one serving product, this still worked even with a high tolerance to caffeine. This product is THE BEST!!!
I highly recommend this to ANYONE who has ever tried any pwo’s and they should put this one to the test. It will easily WIN when being compared to competitors. You save $$$ also with this product!!! I never had to up the dose like all of the other pwo’s I have tried. Still had great energy to my last single serving sample. When building a tolerance to other pwo’s I would also experience a crash/jitters, which I never felt on PWR once!! I love this stuff so much! It will be in my stack from now on!!!
Final Rating of iSatori PWR: 9.5/10
Thank you very much iSatori & reps:
Special thanks to Sean. I really appreciate you taking the time out and giving me advice on workouts and nutrition. It really says something about the company, when you do things like this.
I can’t wait to try other iSatori products because I know now; They will all be Top Notch products!

Great Job! Good vid Also, don't forget that bb.com also carries PWR now too (and will probably come in at a lower price point than GNC ) http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/isatori/pwr.html
